We ended up here by chance on a Sunday evening on our way home. We were inspired by the home treat, panigacci (salty pancake size flavoured in different ways), and it did not disappoint. Meat second course was huge.

If you want to experience the food that locals enjoy, crave, and love visit this restaurant and try the Testaroli (Panigacci). They are served multiple ways so make sure to taste them all. My family favorite is Gratinati (cooked with a layer of cheese).

We had tasted the famous panigacci with unfourtanetely just a few cheese and a few kinds and quantity of ham and bacon. This restaurant has very small portions. The wine was really tasty. We didn 't take other plates because we arrived from Sicily only to taste panigacci. :

excellent trattoria stopped in time with a 'atmosphere very years 80. We tried dry panigacci, maybe the best , paired with excellent meats and soft cheeses . very good also the boiled ones served with pesto sauce and red sauce of porcini . lightly too demanding instead those gratinati , submerged from melted cheese .we were so full service that we could not taste those to the nutella .

chose this restaurant without knowing it and I found myself very well! excellent panigacci with meats but those I enjoyed most were the boiled ones! Of course if you are in more people you order both and then divide them so you do not miss anything! to complete the review of my menu I also enjoyed the wine the excellent apple, there was a small plaster with the bottle but without any problem I was replaced! Good job.

After at least 10 years, I'm going back to eat the panigacci in this restaurant. improved service compared to the last time, and also appreciable creation of dedicated menus that improve transparency towards the customer. Dinner for two a Wednesday of August. we take the menu from 20€ per head, which consists of the classic tris of wet panigacci (forming, pesto, mushrooms,) followed by the courses of dry panigacci accompanied by sliced (crude, bacon, salami, cup) and cheeses (stracchino and gorgonzola); a bottle of water and a cocazero to drink, and a coffee at the end.
