excellent dinner, accompanied by good wine, on the panoramic terrace with so much sunset, dishes all really delicious, and very kind staff. and, cherry on the cake the bitter 10 herbs offered at the end of the dinner. Very well.

The food was lovely. The surroundings, particularly on the terrace with the view over the hills, were fantastic. And the service was tip top. Felix and Sara were particularly good members of staff taking care and time not only to explain what each dish was but also the provenance of the ingredients too. We loved the place and will be visiting again.

we had dinner here on Tuesday night in two by booking a table directly online. the place enjoys a unique view at timesrra: hills in the distance, fields and roofs of the city. we took a starter with beef tartar and ragù jelly. both dishes were excellent, although perhaps the turtle was too compact. sweet: granny cake: space. absolutely recommended! great price! Sono stato ospite stasera ai PONTI Bistrot con tre amici abbiamo mangiato degli involtini pesce spada favolisi e delle pennette con pesce spada veramente buoni grazie allo schef e sicuramente alla sua passione per la cucina e allo stesso tempo simpatico e stata una serata familiare!!Ringrazio anche lo staff cordiali e disponibili!! Abbiamo cenato qui martedì sera in due prenotando un tavolo direttamente online. Il posto gode di una vista unica a Volterra: colline in lontananza, campi ed i tetti della cittadina. Abbiamo preso un antipasto con tartar di manzo e i pici al ragù. Entrambi i piatti erano ottimi, anche se forse la tartar era un pelo troppo compatta. Come dolce: torta della nonna: spaziale. Assolutamente consigliato! Prezzo ottimo!

Such a wonderful last night in Volterra. We’ve come to this restaurant several times over several years and have never been disappointed. Perfect place to watch the sunset whilst enjoying a glass of chianti. The cinghiale (wild boar) with white beans is delicious as is the cacio e pepe. Felix is an absolutely wonderful waiter extremely helpful and knows more or less every language under the sun, making your visit seamless. I’m sure we’ll be back again next year. Voir le carte

I Ponti Bistrot Un bel bistrot, appena si arriva a Volterra. Moto accogliente, sia all 'interno che all 'esterno. La terrazza panoramica è eccezionale.....peccato per il tempo che abbiamo trovato. Personale gentilissimo. La ragazza al banco è stata molto cordiale, ed ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste 'particolari ' a motivo di varie intolleranze e allergie. Bel posto. I servizi igienici erano abbastanza puliti nonostante l 'ora tarda del pomeriggio. Se fate un giro a Volterra, questo bistrot merita.....

What a find! We walked around the city using Trip Advisor as a guide for choosing a place for lunch. Usually when you find a restaurant that has a view you compromise on the quality of the food. Not here. We asked Eleonora for recommendations, all were delicious. The service was wonderful, welcoming and friendly. Turns out they have their own wine. We tried the 100% Sangiovese. We loved it so much that we purchased 2 bottles to take back to the hotel. We have scheduled a tasting at the winery. We are here for another 3 weeks and will definitely go back at least twice. Benissimo!

net a positive experience. to those who complain about the unexcelled level of dishes or other, it should be remembered that it is a bistro and not a restaurant. the local offers a beautiful view of the landscape in front of the vault, the staff is very friendly and helpful (we have come to meet both with regard to intolerances, insects, etc.. it is missing perhaps a little experience and attention to detail, as the temperature at which certain wines are served (a red like the montepulciano should be fresh, not cold.)
