"We were very excited to try HPBC after reading some rave reviews, and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and chose to sit outside to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere. From the menu, we ordered the facon bagel with roasted cherry tomatoes, spinach, and salsa verde, as well as the chicken and avocado bagel with arugula and salsa verde mayo. Both bagels were fresh and delicious, with the facon and chicken each providing a nice texture. The staff even offered a children's bagel for a small fee for our son, which was a nice touch. Overall, this is definitely a place worth visiting."

There wasnt much choice at all for vegans compared with other veggie places. The food was expensive for what it was.

Nice little place for a coffee and cake. About half the menu is vegan. Not all the vegan cakes were labelled so good to ask. Friendly staff. The “beef” is delish.

You can drop by at any time! This friendly place is transformed into a hub of creativity. They are passionate about their cakes and the beverage selection is excellent. The cellar space is a magnet for talented musicians.

Nice space but not the friendliest staff, focused more on image than food quality so when we had the brownie here it was dried out because it had been sat on the counter uncovered. I do love that they do vegan hot chocolate though.

Lovely space, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The vegan chicken sandwich is seriously amazing if you’re into your fake meats. Both specials at the time of my visit were vegan and you can make changes to some of the main menu (all vegetarian) to make them vegan. Voir le carte

This was my first visit to the restaurant, but it definitely won't be my last! I enjoyed a delicious vegan BLT, while my partner tried the vegan tofu scramble. The wabeneislatte was also fantastic! I can't wait to go back. This review has been updated as of April 30, 2022.

My partner (veggie) and I (vegan) dropped by and had a bite to eat in the l sunny seating area outfront. I had the chicken which was outstanding and using olive bread just nicely finished it off. While I agree there wasn't much, the food they had was fresh, well put together and delicious. Toilets, however, are disgusting... Highly recommended holding it!
