Plenty of options like hummus, babaganoush, tofu sandwichs, salads and bruschetta. Plates aren't too big but the food was very tasty!

Nice place with vegetarian/vegan menu. Very healthy and delicious food!!! only one comment to improve, it would be better to serve dishes with whole grain bread :

it is not easy to find vegan dishes in Bolzano. we ate of goto and the dishes were plentiful and at nothing trivial. the menu goes according to the season and it is a great thing!
