"The restaurant menus were well-described on the menu, and the friendly and competent service further explained them in detail. We opted for the 3-course indulgence menu and were not disappointed. The dishes were of top quality and beautifully presented, with a kitchen greeting between each course. The price to performance ratio at this level was excellent. However, we found the wine selection to be limited and slightly overpriced. The ambiance in the old building was great, but we were not fans of the metal flowers on the tables, which seemed unnecessary alongside real flowers. Plastic candles with fake flames felt out of place - real candles would have been more appropriate for such a fine dining experience. Despite these minor criticisms, it was a wonderful evening with delicious food, and we are likely to return in the future. The food alone is worth it!"

A wonderful place. The food and the concept are thought out. The wine map is extensive. Selected regional wines and international pearls. The food was first-class. The service was sometimes a bit careless and we always have high demands. The lady of the house has her best and we like to come back.

A great ambience in a historic guest room, which has been sprinkled comfortably and with modern accents. The selection and the dishes have not left a wish open and the preparation does not have to hide behind a star store. Great! We're happy to come back. A special praise also to the nice service, which was able to answer all questions with patience and knowledge about spice and potion impressively. Voir le carte

Unfortunately, the evening did not live up to the expectations set by the restaurant's website and advertising materials. The service staff was very unresponsive. Despite it being a Friday night, there were only a few other tables occupied. The price of the food was fair for the mediocre quality, but the drink prices were quite high. A bottle of Pinot Noir from Rheingau cost €44, and the cheapest red wine option was €70. We did enjoy the dessert and a tasty digestif, but overall, it was a disappointing evening.

The menu is unnecessarily complicated. On the one hand, you can offer menus with the selectable components appetizer, main course and dessert, on the other hand, before ordering, you can choose the individual component of all menus. Then why not a card with appetizer, main courses and nightish? Unnecessarily confusing and makes the impression only if something is complicated, the high price is justified. The fact that the portions are clearly small was predictable. You do not go to a restaurant of the high price class to get tired, but to enjoy the ambience and creations from the kitchen.

"After being recommended vigour by an friend, I popped in for lunch. On arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who made me feel welcome. Going through the extensive menu full of delicious delights and delicacies, I opted for shredded pork tortillas and pork bao bao for starters, and steak (medium rare and eggs (soft poached. For mains with a refreshing cola with ice, and a creamy coffee for after. The atmosphere in there is really quite nice. The rustic vibe, of exposed bricks, rot iron fixtures and neon signs gave it plenty of character. While the ability to see into the kitchen gave you a good sense of connection to where the action truly takes place. Their shredded pork tortillas came as a trio with a lovely dip. Being a starter, they were small but flavorful. The bao bao which i can only describe as tortillas but in a softer and thicker wrap with a slightly sweet note to them were lovely, and made for a pleasant new experience. They were quite accommodating when I asked for peppercorn sauce for my steak, and managed to do a flat ironed steak to perfect medium rare. With creamy yolk gently glazing it, every mouthful was a joy. I will also note their coffee was particularly creamy and frothy which I really liked. Now, the one potential down side for some is the prices. While the food I had was lovely, and I don't at all regret going. I will say it's not somewhere you go to eat on a tight budget. You pay for the atmosphere, and the food quality is above many typical cookie cutter restaurants. My meal came to just over £34 drinks included, and while I can't make it a regular, I surely will be making it a spot my son and I go to treat ourselves. I will say that if I had my son with me at the time, I could have split the starters and just added chips to the mains to feed both of us quite happily for not much more. Should you be in a position to go regularly, take advantage of their loyalty scheme and get some tasty perks."
