"Por Santa Catalina, un muy bueno restaurante de carnes. Todo olía de maravilla. Pedí croquetas de entrante que estaban deliciosas eran de setas y trufas, luego pedí un solomillo en salsa de Mostaza que estaba como a mi me gusta, rojo por dentro mi opinión: si la carne es buena no hace falta pasarse con cocinarla esta carne estaba realmente buena, y el cocinero lo sabe por eso lo dejo bien sangriento bleu . Todo rociado de un bien vino tinto de Mallorca que realmente estaba muy bueno. Como una buena cena se merece un buen postre pedí tarta de Santiago y café ahí es donde me sorprendió de la interpretación del chef. La tarta de Santiago está con diversas bolo de helado, chocolate, vanilla y varios crujiente, toda una montaña rusa de sabores, realmente muy rico. El precio un poco elevado, pero la calidad de la carne lo vale. Recomiendo la carnes para cocinar sobre piedra, lo malo es que es 1kg. La mesa al lado de la mía pidió eso y realmente el olor y los comentarios de los comensales lo decía todo È molto buono, eccellente...."
