"I visited on a Friday evening so understandably it was very busy, the place was completely booked out but the guy looking after the seating was able to squeeze us in on a table with another couple. It's a nice dinner with many photo's of previous visitors and parties and half cars hanging on the walls with a mixture of American and humorous made up number plates.I ordered a medium burger with a beer and my daughter a small one with a milkshake. We found both had great toppings though I found my meat a little overdone (but not burnt) and chewy (there was no option to have it cooked differently). I needed to eat my burger with a knife and fork as it was not possible to eat with my hands.Coming to pay I asked the waiter if they took cards, he said yes, but turns out only ones by German bank accounts are accepted so had to take a walk to the Sparkasse.So in summation, I think they should concentrate on quality instead of quantity in respects to the meat and sort out their payment systems; service is great."

Ich mag diesen amerikanischen Stil nicht so!Aber objektiv betrachtet war die Bedienung schnell und zuvorkommend, die Getränke sind gut und die Burger ebenfalls. Es gibt sogar was für Vegetarier.Also objektiv gesagt: gerne wieder

En visite a Aachen, on nous a conseillé ce bar a Burger. Chouette décoration et ambiance cependant on a trouvé des mouchettes dans la salade d un des Burger. Notre amie ne voulant pas nous dégoûte a préféré ne rien dire et ne plus toucher a son burger.

Hamburger bon, mais une mouche dans la salade dans le burger et une mouche sur le cornichon, ça coupe l'appétit.J'aurais préféré un prix un peu plus élevé et avoir quelque chose de correcte dans mon assiette. Je n'ai pas envie d'être malade. Je n'irai plus jamais dans cet endroit bien qu'il soit attirant par la déco et agréable entre amis.

The 2nd visit here and well worth the drive from Belgium to get there. As there were four of us we decided to order a different side each and share them between us, our waiter made sure that the sides came on separate plates rather than next to the burgers so we could share. The burgers are succulent and the toppings work well together, and this is coming from someone who doesn't usually like burgers. Oh, and the staff are super friendly, and speak brilliant English which was a great help as my German is terrible. I'd recommend a visit.
