"Choosing this restaurant was based on location (and proximity to hotel) along with the reviews. It was good but not outstanding by any means. I've eaten in some very good Chinese restaurants in Toronto and New York and the dumplings were just okay here. The skin/wrap for instance was a bit hard on a few of them. The flavour of the filling was also just okay. They were uncharacteristically small and not as plump as what you would generally find elsewhere in the aforementioned cities. Though it represents a change of pace if you will (while in Rome), it does not represent the best Dim Sum (or Ravioli as it's referred to here) that you could have. The service was great and the server very patient and kind but it dd get rather frantic once the tables were filled (and he seemed to be single-handedly managing them all), and the noise level increased substantially in the relatively small space. Overall, just okay."
