"We were staying at Hotel Arte and Hohmann's Bauhaus is where you have breakfast. The breakfast was simple but good with crunchy bread rolls and nice ham. There could have been a bit more choice as regards warm stuff and fruit. Very good restaurant in center of Fulda. well located, nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast. personal was very kind and available to all question. Cosy and smart and modern style. very quiet location. I will be back !

Large, good selection of beer. Food from the season; and since it now was chanterelle season they had different choices containing chanterelle. Good, tastefull dishes but it's missing the extra touch (again; solid German food).

Traditional german cuisine with large choice of dark and blond beers. We had a champignons creamy soupe and a very well cooked chiken breast also very large as serving size. I think it can be recommended as a good value restaurant.

Me and our friends initially tasted the 8 beers "feature" and then after we have decided what to drink, moved to the main dish !. I picked a heimatbier and an excellently cooked steak. My little complaint is that some of the 8 beers were served from already opened bottles...

As writen in some other reviews Hohmanns is not a typical german brauhaus, but has a rather modern decoration. There beers are very good, as well as the food which is served. They do provide english menus and you are able to seat outside also. We were 3 and for 3 main, 3 side dishes and 5 beers we payed 60 EUROS which was really great.

Were able to sit outside on a nice evening and enjoyed the beer and food. I had the Schweinebraten and my wife the Champignonrahmschintzel. Waiter didn't speak English and brought me the wrong order but was quickly remedied with the proper dish. We definitely enjoyed the pretzels but regretted that we filled up on them and the beer before our dishes arrived.
