The BBQ meat was delicious and filling, but it's a shame they don't offer real ale. It would be great if they could partner with a local steam brewery in Boston, USA for some American authenticity. Voir le carte

The service at this restaurant is not pushy and the food is great. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. I would recommend the "Go Big or Go Home Burger with Skin on Fries." The atmosphere is also top-notch. Overall, I rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5. The price per person for dinner falls in the range of £30-£40.

I cannot recommend Hickory's in Crewe. The restaurant was nearly empty on April 7th, which was a disappointment. The food was mediocre, the service was lacking, and when we asked for sauces and the dessert menu, the staff seemed annoyed. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon, as there always seems to be an issue. I suggest trying the Hickory's in Chester instead, where the food and service are consistently good with friendly staff. Voir le carte

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. We ordered the smokehouse platter for two and it was a very generous portion - we even had leftovers to take home. Surprisingly, the restaurant is very kid-friendly with a play area and a fun activity set. The deep south theme is well done and they had some interesting seasonal items such as eggnog for Christmas. Although the bill was a bit expensive, the quality of the food justifies the cost. I can't wait to go back! Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 4.

My family of four arrived at this restaurant for the first time based on a high recommendation. The service was just okay, as it seemed like the staff didn't want to be there. The food was also just okay, nothing special. When the bill came to £95 with a £7.10 service charge, I was taken aback. I asked the server what the charge was for, and she said it was for the service. I didn't feel like the service I received warranted such a charge, so I reluctantly paid it. When I handed over £100, the server asked if she could keep the change, which I found to be quite cheeky. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and experience and won't be returning. Very disappointing. Took ages to be seated and the restaurant was cold, we were given a table right next to the service station so there were servers coming and going all the time. Asked what the Kansas caviar was and the waitress didn't know, which is something that you would expect them to, or for an explanation to be on the menu. The food was good but not spectacular and over priced. More interested in bums on seats than customer comfort that table should not be there. Also saw servers decanting mayo and other sauces into the same bottles. Can understand some sauces but mayo?? How old is that mix???
