"The Helvetia is a small family run hotel that has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. While room sizes are not enormous they are adequate for the visitor and the quality of the fittings and decor throughout the hotel more than makes up for the room sizes. The sunny terrace to the rear is off the breakfast room and offers some of the best views anywhere on the lake. You can have breakfast outside on comfortable chairs and there are umbrellas if the sun is too hot. There is also a very good restaurant one floor below which has one side completely open to the lake and, although it isn't mentioned on the website, there is a small garden down by the lake with sun loungers There are a limited number of parking spaces and the receptionist went to some trouble to made sure that we had a safe place to park our Ferrari. Altogether a great place to stay at a very reasonable price. We will certainly be staying there again in 2019"

Stayed 4 nights in Lezzano and ate at Helvetia 2 nights. Food was great. Views were terrific and felt like a nice, homey place to eat.

Good quality/price both room and breakfast. very kind staff. good starting point for excursions at bellagio and on the lake of como in general.

Nice patio for outdoor dining but plenty of room indoors too. Food was great, good broad selection. Drinks were great, atmosphere was great. Mens bathroom, unusual for the American visitor need to check it out!

Très chouette hôtel, tenu par un personnel très gentil et avenant. La vue sur le lac est sympathique, surtout si vous disposez d’une chambre avec un balcon. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas énorme, mais efficace et bon.

from the germany I found myself in a como to admire the beautiful view of the lake to my wife.the hotel was very nice and the room very clean and especially the bathroom,personally friendly and helpful, breakfast included in the good price. but as cook I say the restaurant below and to review the quality price we are not there for the goto and portions small things . regarding other things that I am satisfied.

beautiful hotel with rooms overlooking the lake, the structure and the rooms are clean and the staff is attentive, precise and helpful. the possibility with a warm breakfast climate on the terrace overlooking the lake is unmissable. excellent also private parking available to customers. If you want to dine, staying near the hotel you can also try the restaurant that offers lake cuisine, pizzas and some more touristy dishes.
