the resturant is very elegant, eating is delicius and the staff was very professional and efficient. the price/performance is really good! if you want to taste Turkis-Cousine, this is the right place.

we were here to celebrate a birthday and really enjoyed the atmosphere, quality and service. the young waiter was polite, spoke very good English and gave some recommendations that were clearly added to our joy.

To be avoided! The service in Berlin isn’t great in general, but this place is just awful. Worst waiters, obnoxious service. Plus, they will do all they can to rip you off upselling and putting stuff you didn’t eat on the menu. You have been...warned. Go at your own peril. Voir le carte

this is my best Turkish food and service experience in Europe. thanks to kaya, our waiter, who was always everywhere I was looking for, the service was even better than the turkey. it's even better than my home. decoration. was beautiful. quality of the customers are also high. I can say that everything on this place is perfect. we will cancel all our plans tomorrow and will feed here tomorrow.

So I went to hate because a budding young people I've been working with chose that. I don't think they knew it was kind of expensive, and they were somehow unprepared for the prizes. I have ordered a baptism to share the table, but they have ordered all suppe and other cheap things. I felt really bad for the restaurant because we were a big group, but most people couldn't really afford to eat something. they were really nice to our group and eating was pretty good.

We almost missed this jewel, as it's tucked away off of a courtyard near Hackescher Markt/Hof. After an afternoon of walking and shopping it was a relief to be greeted warmly, sit down and enjoy the elegant atmosphere and excellent service at Hasir Mitte. My...teenager and I ordered the spinach crépes (rolled, cut and fried basically spinach crépe nuggets), the mixed hot appetizer plate, one side of pita bread and (for me) a glass of the open house Montelpuciano wine. Excellent diner but our evening was totally spoiled when the bill showed 6 euro for 2x couverts while we were with 3. No issue to pay for couvert at all if specified on the price list but the 6 euro were for the bread that...we didn't order. Bread that normally comes free of charge when your order dishes like Hummus or Beyaz Penir. The waiter tried 1000 stories to justify the 6 euro but none really matter to me and we left without paying the 15 euro tip that I had in mind. In other words, if a customer doesn't agree with a bill item. Don't argue. Even more if it is just about 6 euro. Keep the customer satisfied and be rewarded with an even bigger tip!

This Turkish restaurant is in the centre of the Turkish district of Berlin. As for the environment, you are not in istanbul either, but there are many oriental details of interest. the restaurant has a very careful decoration, traditional Turkish and a bit modern at the same time. In the background room, there are very popular low tables among the people of the neighborhood on the weekend that you can order to drink or eat there. taking is much cheaper, and you can eat at tables that are on the street too. a durum or a kebab sandwich gives you euros and are delicious. Visited here with friends after markets. No reservation and pleased to see seemed busy but with tables. No issue getting table. Main reason for 3 stars is around service. While taking order waiter was watching anything and everything but us speaking with him. Food delivered...without any real interaction. Overall feeling of no interest in us as customers. Food was fine without being wow. Very nice dressing on salad. Some of party had hummus and didn't really like it. All had chicken. Different views on it. Most liked whereas I didn't like at all and in fact left most of it there. For me the texture seemed off and it tasted almost fatty if chicken can be such a thing. Lovely bread accompanyin...
