Cosy little restaurant in downtown Wernigerode. Good home cooking, rich selection (including drinks). Operation very friendly, but a little slow.

Really delicious local food and much is still done. Even children's food, such as Chicken Nuggets and Grießbrei, and the children were thrilled. Very recommended and essential for the weekend booking!

After a trip to the buck, we arrived here in the evening very spontaneously. The service was very attentive and the food tasted us well. The roast potatoes were very tasty, which is not so often experienced. The interior is certainly necessary to get used and somewhat overloaded, as well as it is very tight. So a star trigger. Even when we came in, it smelled delicious! We would receive very friendly and got a delicious little greeting from the kitchen. This is not everywhere; we first shared a chunk soup (super tasty!) and then there was Quedlinburger Schustertopf and Jäger's treasure. Especially the latter was a palate joy! What also speaks very much for the quality and cooking of the restaurant: even the salad supplement was really tasty! All in all: Great service, delicious food and a good value for money! We're coming back!

The Harz fire pot (tomato soup as an appetizer, was as described sharp, self-made and delicious. Greeting from the kitchen (HarzerKäseCreme o.A., on the other hand, was very needy for reconciliation. The baking potato was also very delicious with the cheese bean garnish. The chicken salad was not out, but you can eat it. The wild lettuce was a bit too finished and thus slightly cloudy in taste. General We accidentally discovered this restaurant we wanted to visit another place, but we went smoothly. There we saw this attractive house, and were very fond of the displayed menu. And that was about two years ago; we've been at least 50 times to eat in the restaurant since then. Always friendly and intrusive; every wish is fulfilled The food We visit this restaurant from Braunschweig as much as possible at least 2 3 times a month. Every time the food is excellent we have almost eaten the menu, and were never disappointed. The atmosphere small but really fine; the host is extremely creative and has resin characters (self-made! everywhere.

Due to the many good reviews in the resin blood have arrived. The first thing that occurred was the collection of resin-type nips. You should be like that, but less is sometimes more! We ordered the sülze and Rouladen. The red cabbage and the Roulade were made, the monasteries were probably mixed with powder. The small salad dressing on the plate was no longer very fresh. The iceberg salad had some brown edges and the Parmesan or Peccorino from the bag that was scattered over it is superfluous and does not fit. The beef and the roast potatoes were well prepared. Conclusion the food was ok more but not. We were expecting more in the great evaluation.

If you don't like tapping into the usual tourist traps on the marketplace, you might be well-received here. The resin blood is a rustic-great restaurant with a regional-destined home cooking. The map ranges from peasant breakfast to neck steaks to upper resin bakers and made us appetite while reading! (The next time, I'll take something with blueberry cute sauce) The service is friendly, diligent and attentive as it should be.
