Crowded, no attention. No service, waste of time. Never go there again. Hope they increase the number of employees.

Delicious food, great service, good prices, nice atmosphere. My kids have chosen this place for breakfast on every morning while staying at nearby hotel.

The food is absolutely delicious. The person who helped us was very friendly and kind. I had the ham and cheese croissant which was fantastic. The latte was excellent. This place is definitely worth visiting.

Fuimos por la mañana (9:30am) un sábado. El servicio nos tocó una chica súper amable y paciente explicándonos la diferencia entre los panes. La comida estuvo súper rica nos pedimos los huevos revueltos y el crepé con dulce de leche.

Food was good. We sat outside and was given a charge for it, no forewarning. Asked for a double latte and was charged for four cups of coffee. We couldn't dispute because language was an issue. Good way to lose my business. There are a lot of great coffee/breakfast places, price gouging doesn't agree with me!

Wow! I really got lucky finding this place. I was going to take a day tour and got to the location an hour early. So my plan was to grab breakfast. The gentleman at the counter was so nice and explained what each sandwich contained. The ham was such great quality and the bread was so fresh and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The chocolate croissant was so buttery and flaky and the chocolate was delicious. What a great find!

French pastries are done in perfection. The pastries with filo dough are crunchy and very tasty. We tried the 4 cheese Quiche, was so good that melts in your mouth. The cafe con leche is well done. If you like sweet orange juice this is the place...exquisito!!! The owner was very patient explaining the different pastries and food options and the server was very attentive. The ambience is very inviting, with a clear wood decore, clean and nice.

Hansel is an exceptional breakfast venue that we stumbled across early on during our time in Barcelona. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and they squeeze some truly wonderful fresh orange juice daily; I'm a totally sucker for fresh OJ ; We visited here for breakfast several times and were never disappointed. On our first visit, I ordered the acai bowl with cereal and fresh fruit, and it was simply phenomenal! Everything was completely fresh and delicious : All the food at Hansel is wonderful you simply can't go wrong with whatever you order. The prices are also VERY reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food; we averaged fifteen euros each visit for two people.

Hänsel is this cute little cafe on the streets of Barcelona, serving up some great essential sandwiches, pastries, pasta, juices, and coffee. My friends and I stopped by Hänsel on the last morning of our stay in Barcelona and it was a great experience all around. I got the Bikini sandwich (a ham and melted cheese sandwich) and asked if I was able to add some spinach. While they usually don't include spinach in the sandwich, they said they can add it for me with no extra charge! Also ordered an Americano, which came in a cute espresso mug and was great. Service wise, our waiter was fantastic. He could tell that we were tourists (obviously, from our huge travel backpacks) and recommended sever...
