Bruger and service is great - highly recommended to spend a bit more han the regular fastfood junk and enjoy Hans Im Gluck's tasty buns and meat

Stopped here because it looked so amazing, sadly the burgers were very over cooked and dry. We had three different ones and it was the same for all of them.

This restaurant has a beautiful interior design. It is really cosy. Perfect for date or group meal. It is really popullar so there is a possibility of waiting for a table. Voir le carte

We chose this restaurant because of the Gluck on the sign board. They have many tables inside and the air is not stuffy. Food was ok, juicy burgers are good, but without wow-affect. Stuff is extremely friendly and has a good English. They accept non-German cards.

We ordered a burger and chips, they were ok - not bad but nothing special either. The cocktails were good and the restaurant/bar area is very nice - and much larger than it appears from the outside. The menu is only in German but the staff are very friendly and willing to help.

Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut. Negativ war, dass es sehr voll war und es keine Möglichkeit der Tischreservierung im Internet nach 16:00 Uhr gibt.DIe Wartezeit auf einen Tisch hielt sich mit 15 min allerdings trotzdem in Grenzen.EIne Unterhaltung ist aufgrund der lauten Musik nur schwer möglich.DIe Servicemitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Aperol spritz without aperol and unfair waiter who accepted offer for dinner special offer of burger+sidedish+cocktail (which counts as burger price + 8 eur) but after all counted everything with separate price summing up to 4 more euros than should be. Was no mood to argue, just will never come back again.Be careful and recount the bill that waiter will bring to you.

My 'local' friend actually took me here today for lunch. It was my first time. First impression: great interior and atmosphere. The place was packed and busy and people has to queue for their turn. The attendant was friendly. Our first order, came quite promptly. But after this - 2nd order and bill took more time than when the restaurant was busier. Food: authentic, fresh and tasty! One of the best burgers I've ever had in a while. Will definitely go back to try their other dishes. Side tip: They have this "Orangen sauce" that is a must try! Perfect dip for almost everything! You can forget the rest of the sauce lol.

Saftige geschmackvolle Burger mit Liebe zubereitet. Das war einmal! Leider muss ich sagen, dass die Qualität stark nachgelassen hat. Trockene Burger mit fauligen Salatblättern und mäßig freundlichen Bedienungen. Ich glaube, dass man sich auf der guten Lage am Isartor ausruht und schnell die Touristen durchschleusen will. Bei McDonald's gibt es bessere Burger. Früher war Hans im Glück ein echter Genuss. Schade! Und 12,90 Euro für einen trockenen Burger und Pommes und Cola sind auch nicht grad billig. Der zum Menü gehörende Kaffee würde nicht angeboten und der zusätzlich bestellte Saft würde anscheinend vergessen. Fazit: Schlecht! Voir le carte
