"We were looking forward to Greek cuisine, unfortunately apart from Ouzo there was nothing authentically Greek on the menu. Pide was very tasty, but the gyro meat we ordered came as a veal kebab. Chicken kebab meat was then asked for . Unfortunately we didn't get anything from Greek cuisine. What the name Rhodes Grill means is surprising. Pide was still delicious. Service: Dine in"

"Minus a star, because unfortunately there was nothing vegetarian on the map! On request, a single dish was offered to me, which I find very, very bad, because otherwise it really tasted very well. Better we haven't eaten in and around Koblenz.I can only recommend the Grießflammerie with berries to everyone! The services were all very friendly and especially courteous."

"We were staying at the Hotel and after a long day of driving we didn't want to drive any further. Reviews indicated the menu consisted of mainly game meats, and being from California we have no game, worse case we would eat salad! There was only 1 occupied table in the restaurant when we arrived, but it was early and the day before New Years Eve. The restaurant has a new menu, and according to the waiter it hadn't been converted to English yet, so the "Master Chef" came out to go over the menu. I am not sure if he was actually the Chef, as he was wearing a nice dress shift and slacks. He went over each of the items on the menu. When he reached the venison, I suggested he skip the description as I'd had venison as a child and found it to be gamey. He stated they buy young choice venison and it tasted better than their steaks. Based on his recommendation, we decided to order the venison and the larger Pepper Steak and share the meals between the 3 of us. We were brought fresh bread with a delicious spread--strangely enough they took the unfinished bread before the main course was brought out-German custom?? The venison had a lovely sauce with mushrooms, sauted cherries on the side, and broccoli with slivered nuts. Even my 14 year old daughter agreed the venison was to die for! The sauce and the cherries were a perfect accompaniment to the meat. The steak was tender and perfectly cooked. It was served with baked dollops of mashed potatos and green beans. When the waiter brought the food, my husband commented quietly to me he wished he'd ordered red cabbage since it was our last night of vacation. The waiter overhead the comment and brought him a side dish, no charge! We looked at the Dessert Menu and decided the choices were not to our taste. When we told the waiter we weren't interested in dessert he brought a menu with ice cream choices. A scoop was only 1,10 Euros. We couldn't resist--and it was the perfect ending to an incredible meal! Our bill was approximately 45 Euros--excellent for the caliber of meal we enjoyed."

"Durch Zufall landeten wir vor einigen Tagen hier, einer ruhig gelegenen, offenbar aus den 70er Jahre stammenden Vereinsgaststätte in einer Tennisplatzanlage. Das Wetter war schön und wir konnten draußen sitzen und jetzt kommt auch schon ein dreiviertel Stern Abzug: Dass das Mobiliar schwer in die Jahre gekommen war, fanden wir nicht so schlimm, aber dennoch kann man für eine etwas angenehmere Atmosphäre sorgen, indem man z.B. Spinnweben entfernt oder Insektenleichen von der Decke kratzt. Nun ja, außer uns waren noch drei weitere Personen anwesend, die ebenfalls gegessen haben. Wir zwei haben eine geschlagene Stunde auf unser (wirklich schmackhaftes Essen gewartet und die Beteuerungen der (wirklich freundlichen älteren Bedienung, einfach alles würde frisch zubereitet, fielen dann nicht mehr auf besonders fruchtbaren Boden bei uns. Hier folgt also der zweite Dreiviertel Stern Abzug : .Ich möchte mir gar nicht ausmalen, wie lange man bei guter Belegung der nicht eben kleinen Gaststätte warten muss. Fazit: Wenn es ginge, würde ich hier 3,5 Sterne vergeben. Das unerwartet gute Essen hat uns etwas für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschädigt."

"a very visited hotel, reception area relatiw rustic, but still has a certain flair. very friendly and accommodating staff.Room equipment very economical, old and not really welcoming, even less welcoming was the bathroom of the room, also very old, broken running and not really clean. the worst were, however, the wooden floors that were covered with carpet and felt like breaking through every moment."
