I have never hat a Vietnamese hot pot so my husband and I entered with no clue. The staff wasted no time in showing us exactly what we are supposed to do. We had kangaroo, beef, chicken, shrimp, clams, etc..The buffet was excellent along with the different sauces and noodles.
