We celebrated my 51st birthday here Sophie our waitress was amazing from the minute we sat down to the minute we left she was friendly attentive professional and amazing, food was great would defiantly recommend

The food has absolutely nothing to do with Italian cuisine so do not go if you fancy real Italian food. All the dishes we ordered had exactly the same ingredients: pulled pork and tomato sauce. Just fyi: I’m Italian and pulled pork is definitely not an Italian dish and definitely not a pizza topping. Lazy. Unauthentic. Incredibly overpriced. The waiting staff were nice although the venue is obviously understaffed.

I had a great experience at this Italian restaurant. The food was genuine and tasty with rich flavors, but the portion sizes were a bit smaller. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, although the music was too loud for my liking. The staff was friendly, but somewhat inattentive. It took a while to place our orders and get the bill. We visit gusto regularly made the most of the January 50% off offer. It’s always friendly service a good varied choice on the menu. The lovely aroma of garlic pizza bread always prompts me to order a side portion to satisfy the garlic craving. If you fancy a smaller meal, there’s the option of a small portion of the pasta dishes. It’s always busy with a pleasant buzz of activity giving it a nice atmosphere without being too loud. As a returning customer, the staff always pop over to say hello welcome back. Great customer service good food.

We made a reservation for the last night of the January 50% off promotion and invited family to join us. We were seated at a lovely table towards the back of the restaurant and our drinks were served promptly while we looked over the menus. We each ordered different starters and main courses, and everything was delicious and served in generous portions. The service throughout the evening was excellent, thanks to the efficient and friendly Juan who was attentive and professional. This experience was just as good as our regular visits to Gusto in Leeds. Thank you, Juan!

Visited this week with a group of 5 friends. No welcome at the door. Service incredibly slow. Half an hour to take our order, and food did not arrive all at the same time. The food was delicious when it did arrive. After our first round of drinks, that was it. No one came back to offer subsequent drinks. After paying the bill, no staff to see us out, or say goodbye. We felt as though we were an inconvenience. We meet up at Gusto’s in Knutsford regularly, but this is our last time. It’s not the first time this has happened. Went at 6.30pm for Gustos half price food offer. Previous meals we had there were tasty and great, service always good as it was that night. Gustos were you having a laugh this time? The only main meat course on the full menu available was a choice of only a sole chicken or pork dish. Our starters prawns and meatballs were rather tasteless. The limited (forced choice) of main was a luke warm, dry chicken breast cut in half sitting on some oily tomatoes and potatoes. Expressed our disatisfaction. Left main course uneaten and went home to cook something. Least the wine was tasty. What's happened to you Gusto Knutsford , so disappointed ??

Came here for my 20th Birthday, the customer service felt as if they didn’t want us here, not greeted with a smile and every time we asked for a drink or requested something it was a short answer of yes no mannerism for a paying customer, when serving food it was just put in front of us no enjoy your meal and no questions of if we were in need of anything eg:more drinks/sauces. When ordering deserts we asked for 10 minutes for our food to settle and got told the kitchen is closing pressuring us to order now instead of relaxing, as well as telling the waiter it was my birthday there was nothing to celebrate, no happy birthday plate or drink or anything. We went to Gusto this evening to celebrate my god-daughter's birthday, as we have done many times before. Unfortunately, I have to say that the experience was awful. Despite our table being booked for 7:15, we were not seated until 7:35. The manager, Martin, took us to a table downstairs that was not our original choice, next to a drafty door with no atmosphere. It took over 30 minutes to order our drinks and another 30 minutes to receive them, as there was apparently a backup at the bar. It should not be difficult to open two bottles of wine and make a mojito. We ordered food at 8:00 and received our starters at 8:40.
