Always a nice variety,well presented. Great sandwiches and cakes. Seating recently changed and great improvement. Probably a bit over priced.

Amazing food every time. Great service, very friendly staff. Best cake and tray bakes in Ballymena . Soft seats, friendly atmosphere and nice coffees. All very reasonable priced.

Good choice of cakes and coffee, only interesting piece was that we asked for a skinny latte and then checked that it came with skimmed milk but it only came with semi skimmed milk!! Voir le carte

Honey at 60p a tea spoon! Staff said take it or leave it! So we left it. Cheeky staff! Ground coffee bar in Magherafelt much better (20p for the Honey) also staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Remember there are other coffee bars in Ballymena.

Very quiet cafe today. Only 2 downstairs tables occupied. Same variety of sandwiches and traybakes as always with no noticeable festive changes. This place badly needs some new items on menu. Disappointed today, so many more better cafes close by with more interesting variety.

The once bustling restaurant now appears empty. What happened? The menu offers a wide selection, but the Lemon drizzle cake was disappointing - stale and dried out. There was no assistance provided with carrying trays or pouring tea. Prices were high, yet the quality of the food was lacking. I will not be rushing back anytime soon. I hadn't visited this coffee shop on the main street in a while. It was very busy today. My husband enjoyed the bacon roll, which was excellent. I had a cherry scone, unfortunately it was overcooked in the microwave, and served with a small carton of bland jam and canned cream. The teapots were old and dripped everywhere. There was a lack of attention to detail and the food on display looked dry and curled up at the edges. It's a shame because this place has potential due to its prime location, but it needs some improvements to keep up with the times. Someone please help this place!

Before the explosion of coffee shops in Ballymena, this was my go to place for coffee, but not so much now. The coffee and tea are mostly very good but not the best in town. The food, while nice, is nothing to shout home about I've had quite cold sausage rolls here before, and they're not the tastiest I've had either (however, the cakes are very good . The change in decor is a welcome change in my opinion as the old look, to me, was very dated (though the new one took a while to get used to as it's quite darker . My wife and I visited Ground Ballymena for lunch and coffee twice in the past two weeks. While I still enjoy the restaurant, I have noticed a decline in the quality of the food and decor compared to my previous visits. During our most recent visit, we ordered our food and sat on a sofa on the ground floor. The furniture, particularly the chairs, could use some updating or repairs, as they showed signs of wear and tear. The interior of the cafe was grey and gloomy, lacking interesting decor. There were only a few customers during our visit, suggesting a decline in popularity. While the food and drinks were satisfactory, the menu was basic and did not offer any specials.
