You can never go wrong with a trip to Greggs. The staff is fast and friendly, and there is always plenty of food ready to grab and go. I try to visit as often as I can.

I want to express my appreciation for a staff member who provided exceptional service. The woman working at the till on Friday evening around 7:45/8pm was truly outstanding in her customer service. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend Greggs because not only is the food fantastic and affordable, but they also have a great initiative to support homeless centers in the UK. They have a system called the Billy Chip, where you can buy a chip for £2 and give it to a homeless person so they can exchange it for food or drink of their choice. It's a wonderful way to help those in need.

Now while it's not quite the cheap place it used to be, it still offers good value. Often a lunch, breakfast, afternoon deal to be had. I'd popped in for a cake or 2, and a roll with a pastry. Ate at home later, and was still great. Always loved their sausage rolls, and pastry goods. Want breakfast for change out of £2.50? Whenever I'm out early and going out for the day, I'll pop in by the bus station, and grab a Greggs breakfast. Go on, you know you really want to.

I have had a good experience with the staff. They are helpful and quick too. But i am definitely worried about their safety. On several occasions i have seen how homeless people in the broadmead area come and steal from them and when the staff tries to stop they get very unruly. Not only that these homeless are always around and i have witnessed them threatening the staff too. Although staff always keeps a distance but its definitely not a safe place for them. I will surely try to record one such incident.

A very clean, well organised store with friendly and quality staff, most impressed with a server called Zara who went above and beyond for an elderly lady bought her food and drink to her table and made her tea, Zara shoikd br commened for her outstanding customer service and professional attitude and attention to detail , it's refreshing to see such a friendly bunch of Greggs staff , 10/10 Greggs Boadmead highly recommended fir your mid morning coffee or tea break, goid food, good prices and most excellent staff.
