We visited several times, but only dined once. The food was decent, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the corn nibbles were. The steak sandwich was challenging to eat since it was open-faced. This bar would greatly improve if the staff were more engaging and willing to discuss or explain the whiskey choices. For the first time I visit here, atmosphere is really cosy and nice. There’s a lot of historic moments setting on the walls. Too classy tbh. The best part is sitting on the couch and enjoying the beauty of loch. Outstanding place. Quite huge and amazing decoration. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The ambiance and breathtaking views from the fire pit balcony are truly lovely. However, waiting 45 minutes for lunch is rather excessive. The service was disappointing. Although the staff eventually apologized, it didn't change the fact that we had to wait so long. All we ordered were a ciabatta and a club sandwich. Additionally, when we asked for the bill, it included drinks that we didn’t order. The bill was corrected, but, understandably, we did not leave a tip.
