"When entering this place you are stunned by the beauty and work that went into it. For that Compliments.Unfortunately also upon entering you are handed a plastic card (similar to Vapiano) for use with your orders. On the positive side, you can order via Tablet on the Table and theoretically, ever person present can order for themselves. Food and Drinks are brought to the Table. The staff is extremely friendly and helps getting you set up and explaining the system. There we noticed the first "problem" namely that some things can simply not be removed meaning the staff needs to intervene in the kitchen.Unfortunately for the place, it was nearly empty in the middle of the week when we dined so that there was nearly one member of staff per occupied table which is a real shame considering how much effort went into the place. The dishes have fancy names of cities/regions for standard and some not so standard fare. The food was delicious too. For people intolerant to Lactose, there is an offered alternative. We were disappointed that our ordered snack was half of what the image on the Tablet showed (see Image comparison) and, when we pointed this out to the staff, they gave a friendly shrug and said they would inform management. This is the cause for the removal of one of my stars, the other is for the overly complicated ordering system.Payment is as what is known from Vapiano et al meaning that you hand in the chip card and are told what to pay. The place does accept credit cards which we weren't sure of in a new place. In the front to the left is a beautiful appointed Bar are which is very loungy as can be seen from the pictures.Considering the time and explanation needed to explain the system to (new) guests, I cannot see any time saving and ordering took too long with several correction attempts for us. N.B. we are digital natives."
