This place had all the right ingredients, slow food , well written menu , very clean , English speaking waiter but the food didn’t live up to expectations. Wines could be bought by the glass , which, for us is a good thing. Overall the place was dull and boring, the food less than average.

Good well prepared and tasty piemontese recipes including famous and rare finanziera and Bagna Caoda . Perfectly executed these typical recipes are difficult to be found even in Torino. The restaurant is overlooking the old Piazza della Repubblica which hosts the main food market of the town a sort of Parisian Les Halles. The service is kind and proactive

We are in Piemonte for the 1st time so we booked this restaurant which was close to our hotel most of its reviews were in Italian... Service first: Very attentive, professions, lots of patience to explain about each dish. Food: We took a special Ravioli stuffed with long cooked meet, Yummy! For mains wife had a lovely trout I had local meet which was served as corned beef, very tasty. We shared a local way of Penna Cotta, very special tastes. Voir le carte

I stopped here for lunch before exploring the market. Great choice of dishes and the waitress kindly explained the vegetarian options to me, in Italian! I had risotto with zucchini, zucchini flowers and mint which was excellent, probably the best risotto I've had. Unfortunately I didn't have room for dessert but they also looked great. Glass of house white was very good and complimentary digestif (grappa I believe) at the end of the meal. Recommended

One night I was dead, curious about the menu, book and try it. what a pleasant surprise! outdoor location in a truly romantic and exclusive gallery. the inside is really beautiful. Refined menu, right proposals and superlative quality. the menu was said in detail and very passionate. from the entrèe, to the pastries, a really delicious route. the Piedmont in the table redesigned in a contemporary and elegant way. high quality and presentation “unsteady”. the cost absolutely in the average. recommended and soon we will return

I am not the first person to write that this restaurant seems lovely the atmosphere and location is great and the menu seemed so too, indicating that many of the items were 'slow food ' with locally sourced ingredients. Unfortunately the service and food didn 't reflect my expectations at all. Firstly, the service was extremely slow. The restaurant was full and there seemed to be just one waitress working. We waited about 15 minutes to be served for our drinks and then more than 30 minutes for two taglieri (cold meat and cheese). By the time we got our mains, we had to eat them with water, as we 'd finished our bottle of wine and didn 't really fancy the restaurant profiting off their slow s... Voir le carte
