"Food came really quick and knew very quickly why . Chilli beef was absolutely disgusting tasted like been cooked in oil that had been there for weeks. Wanted to throw up me and my partner have ordered in the past but this was disgusting . When called up to express my concern was offered free food the next time . After spending alot of money on this food I was far from impressed . Women on phone was rude will never order from there again . Disgusting food. And poor service when rang to complain . I would really think twice about ordering from here . She knew what I was on about as trying to tell me that crispy chilli beef doesn't get fried in oil. WOW. Very disappointed and will never be a customer again . After ordering many many times before ."

Love this place. Best Chinese in Cheltenham. Been going there for 10 years now. The last take away we got was stunning so fresh and tasty.

Only discovered Gourmet San recently, been looking for a good Chinese takeout for a while, but at last I found just what I was looking for. Very polite staff, and beautiful well cooked food, WELL DONE!! Can't wait for my next takeout, thank you .

My go-to Chinese takeaway. Nothing particularly fancy, but reliable, good food, which is always delivered on time or sooner than expected. I love the meal options where you can get two starters, a main, and rice for £10. The delivery staff are always really friendly and chatty.

here on the way to home for dinner! worth noting: money only (which is completely in order, machine is only on the street eating was absolutely delicious, good portions, and the dame was really sweet to ask about me to change over my set meal to have a veggie pornstar. will be definitiw back :

Amazing food, great price and wonderful service. I used to order to collect but have since moved and the food delivered is just as fresh and hot as when I collected. House and chef specials are amazing quality and great value for money even if you are buying on a budget. I moved here 8 years ago and tried nearly every Chinese in Cheltenham and they cannot beat Gormet San on quality, price or customer service.

the phone order was polite patient and helpful with good advice on mixing the 5 different main and other dishes we ordered. the delivery was fast and a very polite friendly man. the whole food was very good in the did, cook high quality and ingredients, one of the best Chinese meals I had. the cost of the meal seemed surprisingly low for high-quality food like this and with the delivery too. and I did not complain about it, or was more extraordinary worth!

love this place! they have used for years and is the best Chinese in cheltenham in my humble opinion. the yeong chow fried rice is my stacked dish and love the crispy shredded beef and the nude dishes. I am a Fussy-Esser, and all I ask is always delivered without problems (no paprika in this, no prawn in this, add chili to the nudes, etc.) they are great. delivery service is also great, and 9 out of 10 times comes earlier than expected! if you didn't try these types before, try them tonight!
