Definitely lovely beef burgers! I love the pineapple inside which balances the greasiness of the beef patty.

Juicy, a very good messy, and full of flavor. Highly recommend these burgers. Wish we could give it a 4.5. Interesting sides with a twist, try the matchstick fries and garlic slaw. We tried 3 different burgers, each had a distinct taste, not your regular burgers here.

Wow! This restaurant was so yummy! The food wasn’t too pricey at the portions were extremely good. The staff were very nice and never took to long. Lovely view of the park and when we went it wasn’t too crowded. Would definitely recommend and i will for sure be going again!

felt a bit ignored, long wait to order and would have done it online but someone else’s bill from before us was still there when we scanned the QR code on the table. Forgot our drinks or they never arrived but there was no staff around to ask until the food got to the table and one of the waitresses did apologise for the wait. Not sure if it’s short staffing but it looked like the waiting staff were the ones having to cook the food and serve? just seemed like a lot even though it wasn’t busy it was causing them to forget things. We felt a bit ignored for one and two we waited AGES for our burgers and when the time arrived (about 45 minutes later even though we ordered the exact same burgers and it wasn’t particularly busy) we only received one of our burgers. the manager came and told us that the other one would be a little wait and then the waiter came over to tell us how the burger would be late as he thought it was his so he ate it. There was no resolution to this issue and even when we received the rest of our order it was cold and not very pleasant to which we mentioned During the check back. We visited this place about a year ago and it was great that time. Today total disappointment. We ordered 3 well done burgers and one medium rare. All 4 (including medium rare one! were burnt. No draft beers today. It was not straightforward to get not ice cold tap water for our baby. First, they told they have only ice cold water, when we asked just a glass from the tap, they told they only have some special water tap with cold water. At the end we asked hot water from coffee machine to mix, that finally worked, but the staff was not able to suggest that without us, unfortunately. When I payed the bill the waitress pushed “ok” on card machine for optional service charge without even asking...

I've visited this branch a couple of times now (it's rare for me to be in Cambridge but stopping here is always a must! Staff are always friendly, in particular our waiter. He is always helpful approachable, takes the time to explain the menu make sure you are comfortable. The food is on point too! Honestly the nicest burgers I've ever eaten, full of flavor, chunky chips were out of this world the milkshakes are to die for. I find the restaurant very comfortable too, it has been clean and tidy on every visit so far the aesthetics and atmosphere are nice, music not too loud, etc. Only complaint, if any, is that it can be a little bit chilly by the big windows but it's not that bad.
