Good food but terrible service. Waited over an hour for food. Abrupt waiter. Wrong food brought out and incorrect bill at the end. I would only go again if it was a quiet evening with a few people in there otherwise you never get served.

We used to love it here, not sure what happened the staff are very slow not very smiley. The price has gone up from last time and the standard of food has gone down. Such a same as we used to come a lot don’t think will bother returning sadly.

This place use to be quite nice but not no more. For the price hiked up to £25 pp the food is mostly fried, quick and cheap. So oily and left feeling quite sick after eating it. Don’t tho k I’ve ever had a Chinese this bad before, I won’t be going again. Not to mention they ration the duck so you only get one pancake between the four of you. We booked for 7.30 and didn’t leave until 10pm due to the slow service. We waited for 40 minutes for our order to be taken and then the starters arrived in dribs and drabs so one of our group waited an hour to get anything to eat. The same happened with our drinks. The beer arrived but the wine was forgotten. The tables were packed closely together so too many diners and not enough staff. We felt sorry for the servers as there were so many complaints about courses not arriving from other diners. The food however was good when it arrived. It’s a shame as we have been visiting for many years but unlikely to return.

The restaurant was unwelcoming and lacked attentiveness. The service was extremely slow and the food was served in a disorganized manner on cold plates, causing it to quickly go cold. We had to continuously remind them about our missing dishes. The quality of the food was just okay, with the Cantonese duck being particularly disappointing - soggy, cold, and tasteless. Other tables seemed to be receiving better service. We did not receive towels or cookies with the bill, unlike other tables. The restaurant was uncomfortably cold due to the air conditioning being on in January. This visit will be our first and last. We will not be returning.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over 16 years. I have tried many Chinese buffet restaurants across the country, but this one is the best by far. The food is freshly cooked to order and I love the variety offered. The portions are generous and served hot, allowing you to keep ordering more. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are attentive, changing plates between courses and providing fresh water promptly. Despite being busy, the staff ensure that all customers are well taken care of. In my experience, the negative reviews seem to come from those who do not understand the concept of freshly cooked food. My family of 8 and I have visited this restaurant at least 8... Voir le carte

If I could score 0 I would. Staff are rude but we ignore because my kid likes the food and value for money so we put up with it and return. We always go as a big family. But on Saturday oh my gosh the rudeness was another level almost as if we stunk. I like the starters but today the food was so salty I couldn’t eat it. I reordered just to make sure it was not a slip of the hand but it was the same. It taste like someone had poured salt over it at the end and given it to us to eat. It never tastes like that. We booked before hand, never been there before and our reservation was found and we got a nice greeting, The table was a generous size and it was a spacious restaurant inside. We ordered 2 pints of coke at £4 each and a cider which took a long time coming but that was alright as we were chatting. Then we ordered the mixed starter for 4 which did take a long time coming and we were all hungry, Our mixed starter arrived and it was minimal to say the least I have never had spare ribs that had been saw in quatres bitesize and mostly bones, the chicken satay was such thin strips of chicken. I’ve been visiting the Go Sing most of my life. It has always been a well run business, and the food they served was the best in area, without question. Quality has been declining for some time, so much so that I hadn’t visited for around a year, so my friend and I decided to give it another try. Incredibly, and embarrassingly for them, the food had got worse, and the service quite frankly appalling (apart from the efforts of Steven, who was helpful, understanding and tried to put right the wrongs of the other staff). Please note, that whilst this an ‘all you can eat’ buffet, they have stripped back many dishes on the menu, and introduced limitations on some dishes in terms what you can eat.... Voir le carte
