"It was a really disappointing end to a beautiful day. The employees at the door were challenging during our booking, with nothing on their smart tablet to confirm our reservation. When we showed them our email confirmation, they begrudgingly allowed us in but said we needed to leave in 1.5 hours. It was rude and uncalled for. We will never return to this restaurant, as there are so many other options available that will not waste our time or money. Additionally, the practice of adding a service charge to the bill when the service was nonexistent was annoying. Making it a standard practice instead of a personal attempt to be nice was obvious that night. Is this the worst customer service ever?"

The restaurant was bustling with lots of children. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided quick service. The duck stir fry was delicious, but the churros were a bit chewy - possibly reheated instead of freshly cooked, which was a disappointment.

The restaurant was so cold. Our table was right by the outside door and there was a blast of freezing air when it was opened by staff but also a cold draught the whole time. We asked for the over head heater to be switched on but it was not working The food was good and the service. Not cheap but then it’s London
