"I was disappointed with the fish and chips I ordered at this restaurant. The batter was too thick and heavy, and the fish itself was not great. The peas were undercooked and not hot enough. On the positive side, the chips were delicious. The rest of my group enjoyed their meals. The vegetarian options were limited to just a vegan burger or side dishes, which was disappointing considering the restaurant used to have a better menu. The service was dine-in and satisfactory."

I walked into an empty restaurant and was greeted with a curt "Have you booked?" from a really rude woman with no manners. When we decided to leave, she was very sarcastic. I have dined there several times before with polite staff, but now the service is terribly lacking.
