"Arrived for lunch, hot day, saw the menu, asked the waiter for information on the menu and took a Pokè because it was a fresh dish... Normally a Pokè is cold, this one arrived piping hot??? Hot and dry white rice, vegetables as hot as the rice, avocado warmed up because everything around was hot but... the coup de grace came with the salmon which was not as fresh as one would expect in a Pokè... But smoked. I confess that I was hungry and I ate even though it was hot, however if this is your idea of Pokè, in Lugano there are other places where you can eat real Pokè for the same price. I didn't eat anything else, so I can't comment on the rest, but after this experience I prefer to have lunch elsewhere."

Food was very bad! Service: unfriendly high 10 Ambiance: if you want to play with the birds then this place is perfect. Too expensive for this meal. Too bad but true.

Certainly not cheap; on the other hand we are in Lugano and as the name says: lake view . A salad and a salad, both good. The waitress was courteous and friendly. Too bad about the noise coming from the busy road; really annoying.

Our experience here was decent at best. It was a bit pricey but everything in Lugano is expensive so it is to be expected. My girlfriend was disappointed they do not serve their piadini with fresh mozzarella during the week. She ordered the grilled vegetable sandwich, but the veggies were cold. I ordered the bresola sandwich, this was much better.
