Very pleasantly surprised: a little gem of a restaurant. Comfortable, cosy and good value.

On Kibgs Street in london. still after many years. Ate calimari and sea stream, efficient from a little quiet. Lost his charm!

ghillies is no longer, the venue is under new management. Ghillies haven't been there for a few weeks. So not quite sure who top tablet confirmed my booking, but thanks the restaurant had a replacement table otherwise an important business dinner would have been ruined

We booked Ghillies for Sunday brunch, but when we arrived, it was renovated. We eat here quite often, and it's always reliable. We continue to wonder why so few others are there. If you want a good menu, with reliable food and service, in a quiet, plentiful atmosphere, go to Ghillies. With the renovation it should be better than ever. Voir le carte

Ghillies has been taken over by new management and the previous restaurant is no longer there. As I hadn't been aware of this change and hadn't visited in a few weeks, I was unsure who had confirmed my booking through toptable. Thankfully, the restaurant had a spare table available, saving my important business lunch from being ruined.

Having looked at Ghillies website I liked the look of the cocktails so booked a table for lunch. When we arrived the waitress told me the barman was not in so I could not have a cocktail! I asked her again very nicely if there were any cocktails she could mix for me but she was sure none of the staff present could do this so it was a disappointment for me and the food did not make up for it.

We had booked Ghillies for Sunday brunch, but upon arrival, we found that it was undergoing renovations. Despite this, we are regular patrons of this restaurant and have always found it to be consistent in both the quality of the food and service. We are always surprised by the lack of other customers. If you are looking for a great menu, reliable food and service, and a peaceful atmosphere, Ghillies is the place to go. We are excited for the renovations to be completed and expect it to be even better than before. Voir le carte
