"I have visited with my children quite a few times over the years but will no more! It is soooo expensive now! £7.45 for a hot dog and handful of crisps, carton of juice and 1 scoop of ice cream. Service is slow and one member of staff pushed past my daughter trying to get her to move, so rude. Inside it’s run down, has old toys for toddlers shoved at the back and there was an ash tray on the table INSIDE the door!! Disgusting!!"

Waited 45 minutes for 2 toastier, they forgot about our third ordered bun, waited a further 20 minutes for that. Toasties were just filled bread.

What a shame… we were really looking forward to a gelato…. But I’m certain that what we had was standard ice cream… but sadly at a gelato price … I presume thus place has changed hands for me not for the better …

Gluten free knowledge and care was the absolute best I've had in years. The lady took every precaution to ensure no cross contamination which is tricky in such a small area. Discussed my allergy requirements in depth, food fantastic. Great play bit for kids too. Voir le carte

My daughters and a friend visited after school today First time they have gone into town on their own and ordered an ice cream and drink each with £20 pocket money They never gave them the change or have answered the phone to query, after numerous times trying Won’t be visiting again

I visited Gazzeria today on 07/07/24 By chance as I was in the area because of Formula 1 event. I was surprised by the way the shop looks. Good location where waitrose is. The shop offer a very tasteful ice creams, nice coffee and the staff are very welcoming. I would highly recommend this shop. Good environment inside and outside. Thanks
