A local friend brought me here, and I loved the atmosphere and also the food was great. I had pork knuckle, and the local beer brand Kellerbeer is absolutely tasty. And the place is very reasonable priced. They also have a theatre in the back , which I didn't attend , but I was told that the shows are worth seeing .

We were there with a small group. We sat very nice outside. The menu offers local dishes in a reasonable number. Great German restaurant in northern suburbs of Frankfurt. Food and drink (particularly beer) to the usual high standards of the area. A Stammtisch was in full flight, with mature lads playing dice and drinking schnapps. The place was full of locals (even booking by phone, we were lucky to get a table) and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Some traditional German restaurants can be a bit serious.
