"Snow chaos with apocalyptic road conditions and we were arranged to eat with Schatzl's relationship halfway between our home towns : Where the hunter is not even directly in Bad Tölz, but two boxes further in Kirchbichl. The pear is still quite firm, and the cranberries were good with the sauce. This was particularly good for the cook, the juniper taste was easy to keep with the intense wild fond, and if, then there was only a touch of cream. After this delicious food, it was a worthy digestive tract. And what do I find on the map? A Zibärtl, this is a wild plum brandy € 3.70 . For every friend of the good distillates a joy!
