Todays staff were smart, courteous, friendly , welcoming , attentive to food intolerances. Quick to serve with a smile and checking if anything else was required. First class in our opinion.

What a great place! Atmosphere 10/10 staff 10/10 and coffees 10/10. Would highly recommend the garden blend smoothie. Big shout out to the manager Tilly who was so kind and helpful and Mollie for making me feel so welcome.

Just popped in for the first time today and was blown away by the outstanding customer service of the very friendly, attentive staff. Thank you, it was lovely! We will definitely be back. Fab hot chocolates, ice cream and pastries.

Staff need a medal for dealing with the general public. I sat at table 10, near the door, where people come in and stand over you and your food. It was very busy and noisy. Waiting staff bumped into my chair a few times. The food was lovely and the tea very good. On a quiet day it would have been a much better experience. Voir le carte

Came for a walk around Roundhay Park though started here at the Garden Room Cafe. Had the Coronation Flatbread and Masala Chips from the specials menu well and truly satisfied the food was fantastic and the staff were so friendly and polite. If I got back in the car now and went home I feel I’d be satisfied for the rest of the day !! 5*

The staff are fantastic , very polite and very helpful Tilly , the manager has made a massive , positive difference to the cafe , I love visiting and the food is excellent as is the coffee ! There is no where better to sit than on the terrace Watching the world go by when it’s a lovely day . The food , particularly the specials are lovely , freshly made with quality ingredients. Definitely worth a visit !.

Called in on Sunday morning for a drink and a snack. The location is great and the interior is pleasant but beyond that it was very disappointing. The tea was Yorkshire so was ok, but the (very expensive) hot chocolate was the instant just add water type with cheap squirty cream on top. It was so bad my husband didn 't drink it. The sausages in my sandwich were cheap and nasty, and again, didn 't finish it. The staff were pleasant enough. How this place gets excellent ratings on TripAdvisor I don 't know. I wouldn 't return.
