"A special appreciation to this big little inn governed with wisdom, kindness and helpfulness. In my opinion one of the best fried seafood served properly accompanied by excellent craft beers. The quality is recognisable: 1) the freshness of the fish 2) the crispy frying on the outside, soft on the inside and dry 3) the excellent flavor that makes you want to repeat it instantly. Congratulations to the Lady (unfortunately I don 't know her name) who manages this corner of paradise. A walk after lunch light as a feather to admire the beauties of Otranto. Exceptional. Very polite and friendly staff, I brought a couple of American tourists and they were very satisfied (myself included) with the fried food prepared by the owner Tilde: calamari, pittule, croquettes, skewered fish, plentiful and delicious! Nice, friendly service but this lady is also responsible for preparing the food. Completely understandable in times of staff shortages (or due to economic requirements), but it often backfires. A family had ordered before us, the preparation of the food was ongoing and there was no service at the counter during that time. This leads to a bit of frustration because of the waiting time. Food wise everything was okay, there was nothing to complain about. A disadvantage is of course the lack of a toilet.
