"Brixton Village, one of South London’s trendiest spots, is home to a vast array of good value and tasty food outlets.  French Grace is one of them and a place which I would highly recommend as a lunch time staple.  Serving delicious wraps packed full of ingredients including halloumi, merguez and mixed salads/vegetables.  There is an ever changing specials board and tasty sides including more spicy merguez served with a harissa paste based dip, very moreish."

Really gorgeous food and great service. Try the dips and specials. My favourite is the merguez wrap.

French Grace's baked eggs are incredible. Eggs and potato are baked in a subtle cream, mint, feta, and fennel sauce and accompanied by sourdough. An absolute must in Brixton. Voir le carte

Amazing food. Everything is cooked perfectly. The dips and flatbreads in particular are always a revelation with lots of unusual and inspiring flavours. One of my favourite places.

Great wraps inspired by Middle Eastern cuisine and flexible so you can create your own filling combination. Brunch menus looks great too. Good value and impressive operation considering it's so tiny!

Wrap was good but nothing to write home about. What stood out most was the sloooowness. At 3pm it shouldn't take 45 minutes to fish out some pickles from a jar. Or fry up a merguez a serve it with some coleslaw in a wrap. Most of all the rude waitress pushed us to the point of canceling our order. Voir le carte

I go there for lunch from time to time. It's my favourite place at Brixton Market. I love their Halloumi and sausage wrap. They have vegetarian options as well. The wraps I had were bit spicy but fresh. They have tables outside (under the market roof) and inside. The tables outside are perfect for people watching and to enjoy the market atmosphere.

This place is nestled in Brixton Village.Tiny (biggest table is for 4) and cute.Very friendly staff and the breakfast choice on offer is unusual in a very good way.I had Avocado and fried egg on toast (add the spicy chorizo- it's to die for).Brixton market has a decent choice of places for breakfast, make sure you don't miss out on this one.Small but mighty good !

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
