"After the sister restaurant Lindos in the New Vahr district gave me the belief in Greek cuisine, I was curious to visit this restaurant. The first visit, however, would have been a small cultural shock without prior notice, because the locality looks completely different than the restaurant Lindos. So we're not wrong: there's nothing wrong! Although it looks almost like the counter design to the Lindos, you actually feel right at the Daphne Restaurant, whose interior is open, bright and friendly and with some, beautiful details you can create your own atmosphere. But not only visually the restaurant wants profile. The card is kept small. There are no lots of dishes, much more you want to score with quality, an additional not easy approach, especially since many visitors only make the quality of food flavor. Geiz is not always horny and therefore I guess the Daphne is a different mentality. Most of the processed food comes from organic farming and production. And the same claim for food also applies to preparation. I'm here a few times now and can say that the dishes served here would not be the least. Everything is lovingly dressed, perfect and always freshly prepared. Great! No matter how much can happen once; They take time for every guest and give them the feeling to be welcome! In addition, you are very flexible with regard to the wishes of the guests. Only the last time I ordered two appetizers, one of them as the main course. The restaurant is conveniently located on a small street so that you can also feel comfortable on the terrace, especially recently also outside the very pleasant selection of music. What I am happy – also as a non-smoker – is: There is a separate smoking area in the restaurant so that they can stay relaxed at the table. I have an exact eye on the dishes of a restaurant and I am glad that it is always clean in the daphne. What would it say in summary? Only so much: The Daphne is one of the best Greek restaurants I have visited so far and these were some! The service is friendly, the food top class and the atmosphere harmonious. I always like to come here and look forward to the next time!"

"Wir haben uns 2 mal in dieser Woche zwei mal im Dall Italiano getroffen. Waren beide Abende im großen Teil sehr zufrieden. Steaks Pasta waren wie immer auf den Punkt gegrillt, bzw. gegart. Die verschiedenen Saucen der Gerichte kamen nicht bei allen an, z.B. die Rotweinsauce zu dem Rumsteak von meinem Bekannten. Aber ansonsten waren trotz voller Belegung des Restaurants an beiden Abenden Service und Küche sehr bemüht, an nichts fehlen zu lassen. Macht weiter so."

"I was the first time this year in my favorite ice cream coffee, the ice cream was absolutely classy again, but I was already shocked by this year's prices, I paid for 6 balls without cream and 3 balls with cream exactly 11€ when selling out the house, which are per bullet or for cream 1,10€. And even if I am very happy to eat ice cream and there are regular guests, my pain limit is reached, I will have to limit my ice consumption in this ice cream coffee at the prices. I would like to have awarded 3.5 points (good), unfortunately only gives satisfactory or very good, for very good the prices are now simply too high."

"Ich war richtig gespannt auf ein tolles Frühstück. Ich wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt. Kurz darauf wurden mir mein bestellter Tee und zwei Brötchen serviert. Der Rest des Ganzen dauerte ziemlich lange. Für 2 Brötchen bekam man 1 kleines Stückchen Butter. Nachdem der Rest des Frühstücks serviert war, hat sich niemand meinem Tisch auch nur genähert. Ich hatte absolut keine Chance, noch einen Tee oder extra Butter zu bestellen. Der Kellner war leider auch unfähig, mir das W-Lan Passwort zu nennen. Alles in allem gesagt: einmal, aber ganz sicher nicht wieder. Jetzt verstehe ich, warum es hier immer so gähnende leer ist und nebenan beim Bäcker alles so voll. Echt unterirdisch, sorry Guys."

"Eine Erfahrung, die wir leider nicht noch einmal machen wollen. Wir waren am vergangenem Samstag Abend dort zum Essen und uns gefiel das Ambiente sehr. Etwa 3/4 des Restaurants waren besetzt und die meisten schienen schon gegessen zu haben. Nachdem wir unser Essen und die Getränke bestellt hatten, dauerte es nicht lange bis die Getränke und die ersten Speisen auf dem Tisch waren. Qualitativ war das Essen unfassbar gut. Wir warteten noch auf das Essen meiner Frau, dass leider nicht kam. Der Service wirkte unkoordiniert und nach meinem nachfragen hat es wieder 15min kein Essen gegeben (insgesamt 30min haben wir gewartet). Wir haben also unsere Rechnung bestellt und wollten das Restaurant verlassen. Der Mitarbeiter entschuldigte sich und sagte, dass es einen Fehler in der Küche gab. Zuallerletzt kam der Chefkoch (vermutlich auch der Chef) raus, schob die Schuld auf den Service und bot uns einen 10€ Gutschein als Entschuldigung an, den wir dankend abgelehnt haben. Anzubieten das Essen meiner Frau fertigzumachen und es zum Mitnehmen einzupacken, kam nicht. Leider kein weiterer Besuch von uns."
