Accessibility (3/5): The cafe is mostly flat, but the rear seats and toilets may be a bit cramped for wheelchair users. However, I believe the staff would be willing to assist if needed. We had breakfast here a few times and were told we would be happy and we were! Nothing fancy- just good food!!! And it was busy- always a good sign!

I worked at Sampson House on Hopton St in the early 80s and would come in daily for a late breakfast. It's been 35 years since I last visited, so I'm glad to hear that it's receiving positive reviews now.

Dined here 4 times a week for 6 weeks over the Summer of 2018. Service was good, food was excellent and never had any issues with it. Good quality and portions for the price. Loved their English Breakfast. Will visit anytime I am back.

Visited late afternoon before going to the theatre. Homemade soup was delicious, pasta dish hearty, all for a very low price. Not the most appealing environment, small seating area felt crammed but the food was certainly excellent value.

in the continued quest for the best english breakfast me and my friend made our way to Southwark to give Franks a go. It was worth it. Proper mug of tea, and followed up with a well made English breakfast. Added bonus if you need them, they serve chips. No poached eggs is my only gripe : Voir le carte

Based on previous reviews, we decided to go to this restaurant for lunch. We found that the sandwiches were made with cheap bread and toppings like ham and grilled chicken, which seemed to be of low quality. This was definitely the most disappointing meal we had during our visit to London.

Used to work round the corner from this place. Excellent English breakfasts and sandwiches (chicken escalope, tuna etc. Friendly service Gets very busy especially Friday morning lunch Very reasonably priced, for 5 pounds you can get a huge breakfast with tea which will keep you going most of the day Nice mixed crowd, some office workers, police, builders, taxi driver etc. Step away from the chains and support a local cafe
