Frankie Benny's - Carte

We were welcomed and served by a wonderful young man, and I wish I'd got his name to give hom a mention. Attentive without being overbearing, and friendly without being sickly sweet. Food was fresh, hot and really tasty.

Considering the volume of people in the resteraunt the staff were absolutley brilliant, food came out very quickly, it was also very tasty and our waiter was very friendly. Without doubt the best Frankie Benny’s I’ve ever visited.

Shocking tasteless food from a dirty restaurant. There were glasses cups scattered all over the bar. The food was terrible Luke warm and tasteless. Really good service, efficient and friendly. Food very poor. Bbq chicken was cooked to death, it was so tough could barely cut through. Pizza was undercooked and doughy. Wine served in small plastic cup. Overpriced too. Spend your money elsewhere. Feel sorry for staff who are doing their best.

We really enjoyed eating here. We were in Wembly for a very busy event at the stadium and were struggling to find somewhere to eat that wasn't an hours wait. We walked into here and got seated straight away. Our waitress was lovely and we got our drinks order pretty quick, the food was delicious too. Would highly recommend.

We went to this restaurant for dinner before a show at the OVO arena and were greeted with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The food was decent, although not the best we've had from a Frankie Benny's. However, the exceptional service from Michael more than made up for it. He was extremely attentive, humorous, and really enhanced our overall dining experience. 5-star customer service. Voir le carte

The food was tasty and the service was pleasant. However, I was disappointed by a miscommunication. I ordered a burger and was asked which type of fries I wanted and if I wanted salad or corn with my meal. When my order arrived, it appeared as though the side options were included with my burger, but it turned out they were actually extra and I was charged for them on my bill. I felt deceived and it was clear they were trying to upsell me rather than prioritize customer loyalty. It's a shame that some businesses value quick profits over nurturing long-term relationships with their customers.

My family and I visited Frankie and Benny's in Wembley and had a great experience. Steve F., the supervisor, provided exceptional service and was very friendly and hospitable. The rest of the staff were also attentive and interacted with all of us, including my toddler. We were pleased to find a variety of gluten-free options on both the adult and kids menus. While the gluten-free dessert section was limited, the Chocolate Brownies were delicious. The ambiance and music added to our enjoyment, with us even rocking from the doorway to our seats. I would highly recommend this branch, especially for those looking for a gluten-free menu and great service.

We went for lunch this afternoon at Frankie and Benny’s,it was fantastic.The staff were fantastic,both our waiters were really polite and made perfect attention to detail,even asking if I wanted more butter for my jacket potato.The burger was also delicious too,cheese added a lot of flavour and meat was cooked well and tasted delicious.Nice bun too.The jacket potato was delicious too.Also my lemonade was tasty and really cooled me down!!!!!Food came out exceptionally quickly too.Nice atmosphere,nice decor,I love the really fresh new decor of Frankie and Benny’s.Also restaurant and restrooms were clean as well.Would highly recommend this f&b to anyone.
