We visited this place a few months ago and after waiting to be served outside for 30 mins left and went to the place next door. We thought we would give them another chance. This time the service was good but the same cant be said for the food. I ordered a burger well done. After waiting nearly an hour it finally came and it was very pink inside. We sent it back another 10mins later the burger came out again was still pink inside. By this point i was starving so just had the chips and bun. If the chef cant get the concept of cooking a simple burger well done there was no point sending it back a 3rd time. Interior and menu is themed on an American burger joint there’s comfortable booth seating but loud background music and large video screens dotted around the walls showing catchy material. Staff mainly youngsters (as were majority of customers when we visited! but service was attentive if a bit haphazard orders not arriving at the same time, confusion over drinks and had to remind re one of the meals.
