Beautiful ambience, super dear and attentive service and truly exceptional dishes. The Consomme of Poultry with Wachtel and Pilzknöpfle was just a poem. The wolf bass fried to the point and the calf really tender pink, only the pommes did not want to fit that right. How to get back!
