Staff excellent

Food excellent, friendly staff. The bar service was slow but he was new to the job as the restaurant hasn't been open long. We found this place by accident on Friday night took our friends there on Saturday night, so it must be good.

The food was excellent, but having to go to the bar for drinks was somewhat frustrating. The atmosphere was very vibrant, but the noise level was quite high, making it difficult to eat and chat comfortably. I had reserved a table on the second floor for five people, and we struggled to have a conversation. Absolutely excellent! They have a fantastic selection of delicious gluten-free options. It’s clear that someone has tested the gluten-free items, as the burger bun was also delicious, and finding good gluten-free bread can be a challenge. The service was outstanding; the staff went above and beyond for us. The woman who served us made sure everything was clearly marked as gluten-free and ensured we were enjoying our meals. She was always nearby to help us order more drinks. We will definitely be returning!

We arrived at Floripa and headed to the first floor for our reservation, only to be yelled at by the door staff to go back downstairs. Once at the bar, we informed them of our reservation on the first floor, but were told to return upstairs and left waiting for 30 minutes before anyone came to assist us. Since we were a group of 10, we had pre-ordered our food, but they seemed unaware of this and I had to show them a photo of the email I sent with our order. When the food finally arrived, the Pieto de Franco was overcooked, leaving the chicken extremely dry and tough—not worth the £15 charge. Additionally, the waitress was quite rude to my mother-in-law. Overall, we will not be returning.

After that, we went to the bar to inform them about our reservation, only to be told to go back. We waited for 30 minutes before anyone came to assist us.
