The restaurant makes both aperitif and restaurant, we have dinner trying to taste a little bit of everything by smearing the portions. For appetizer tris of humus with copper focaccia, octopus balls on beetroot puree, green lunettes filled with meat to gorgonzola curry and cheek, tasty pine, for sweet chocolate soufflé, all watered with a good Sangiovese of Maremma.
