"Lovely staff (welcomed upon entry). Ordered a pizza, it wasn't very good so I wouldn't recommend this item. The service was not that bad but considering the atmosphere (not much people) it could've been better. Tried a chicken strip and it was great but the best item I had was the loaded skinny fries. Lovely amount of spice and if I do come back here, I'm ordering the skinny loaded fries. Also has a lovely view over Sandown Pier and the beach. Definitely recommend the fries and recommend the place overall. Try come when it's not busy."

Lovely omelette. Loved the sweet potato fries! Very affordable and food is decent. Coleslaw had too much onion. Overall good.

Beautiful view of Sandown pier and the beach, perfect location and a very nice atmosphere. Ploughman’s lunch was good and service was great.

The prices are affordable and the bartenders are very friendly. I visited this bar multiple times during my week-long stay on the Isle of Wight. I was dealing with some personal issues...

The food was pretty standard for a pub. Not bad. Could do with more variety the menu. Order at the bar. Service was a bit slow but I think it's the way the bar is laid out. Not the staff. Good portions.

Friendly staff, well appointed opposite the pier. Good selection of drinks and comfortable seating with a great view overlooking the sea. Lovely outdoor deck for the good weather. Clean tidy. Can't wait to return.

OK, spacious, outside terrace pleasant in good weather. Good choice on menu, reasonably priced. Interior was basic, like an old-fashioned cafe, food was very basic, albeit a reasonable quantity and presented ok. Staff were pleasant and welcoming, but all youngsters and lacked professionalism.

Thank you so much for a really lovely tasty Sunday roast and drinks, all at a really good price. The meat gravy and homemade yorkshire pudding were particularly tasty! The staff were all lovely and my children were made to feel welcomed. My youngest was given a really addictive game to play to keep him occupied whilst I was still eating and we all enjoyed having a go. Thanks again

We’ve been coming to Sandown for years but for some reason have only just tried here for dinner. By far the best meal we have eaten on the island!!! Fresh, tasty and hot and not overpriced. Wish we had found here earlier! Even better sat outside with the sea views eating it as weather lovely. Can highly recommend fish goujons and bbq chicken melt. Thankfully we had already booked to come back tomorrow night, our last night before going home.
