Slow service considering it wasn’t busy No side plates with our starters Plates taken away whilst eating

ins restaurant twice now and both time open table have not even made contact with firearms, so there is no point at all that never uses this app again

I received a call straight away from Coast to Coast to tell me that they did not have room for us. Not sure who your website gets its information from.

Food(steak and burger) was over cooked and lacked flavour or seasoning. Kids Mac and Cheese contained cheese that was too strong for a child aged 8 and below

Please book direct with restaurant as they do not receive bookings from Opentable, therefore there was no reservation for us. Luckily the staff found us a table on a very busy Saturday night.

firejacks had our booking not by opentable, apparently not compatible with their PC system. so no good start. found it expensive as they have to pay for extras. good, but not worth it. service very slow will not go back

It was Mothers Day and the restaurant was clearly very busy. We still had great service and incredibly helpful staff despite the fact they were rushed off their feet. I love the very varied menu at this restaurant chain there's something for everyone.

Went to Coast to coast on fathers day. The Manager who runs the restaurant must of overbooked for the day, when he found out that we had a booking via OpenTable he scowled at our group, muttered something under his breath, and huffed as if our presence was an issue in the restaurant. Can appreciate overbooking, however it doesn't mean that poor customer service should take priority. Surprisingly, as the top individual in the company, you would think that he would lead from the front.

Unfortunately after 6-6 trips we had our first bad one on Sunday. They had issues with the Open Table app and wasn't expecting us, the service was very slow and we just couldn't the attention of staff and when we asked for milkshakes as a treat for the kids were told they didn't have any milk... (there are supermarkets nearby) we will try it again.. but wanted to post a review in the hope management see that the standards which originally drew us in (i.e. super friendly staff, high levels of service etc) appear to be dipping.... hopefully just a blip.
