"Food was good, the waiter with the dark hair and beard was actually very rude. Spoke to my friend so condescendingly, after she asked for an extra plate he exclaimed in an incredibly patronising way that we only actually recommend 3 plates per person which I understand yes may be a recommendation, but the way in which he spat it out was so patronising, to which my friend felt the need to justify? I 'm sorry, but we literally wanted to spend more money... and you could have been much more polite. It took 20 minutes at least to get water, then a further 15 for the drinks...with the same waiter. He essentially dropped the water and walked off as soon as we asked for drinks. He also couldn 't wait to walk away from the table whilst we were ordering food. Not to mention the fact that he shunned us for not wanting to pay a service charge. I 'll pay that happily if the service was actually worthy. Honestly wouldn 't be writing this if it wasn 't for his demeanor, which made us feel very unwanted and looked as though he genuinely couldn 't be arsed being there. Other than that, the food was good, reasonably priced and well presented. Oh, and the other waitress was lovely. Shame about the other one."

I’m not sure what has changed other than the location but I feel as though the management has changed aswell because it’s really gone downhill recently. I left a little disappointed with our meal at Fino. The service was poor there were many menu items (bar food) which were not available. I think this was down to them recently moving, so maybe I am being a little harsh. I would try again, I just think I caught them on a bad night. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I had a wonderful experience at Fino. There were three of us, and we all agreed that the menu was excellent. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our server, David, was incredibly friendly and engaging. As vegetarians, we appreciated the variety of options available to us on the menu. The restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere with great decor. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning soon to try more dishes!
