"fantozzi is the best Italian restaurant I have ever visited in north london and possibly quite london. it has an amazing family atmosphere and is alive, funny and lively. whole families come in hoards to eat here and it is sometimes packed on a Thursday night so they can say that they do it right! you eat is authentic and excellent and very reasonable. sandros the owner always thrown with the rest of his personal in the ass to make their eating experience a perfect night. if they like pizza, then make sure they try this restaurant because their bases are one of a kind. also my favorites are chicken livers with chili for starter and pollen cord blue for the main course. in that they can't go wrong with something on their menu! I'm trying to get a snap next time I'm here for you."

Always a fantastic meal at this gem of a restaurant in North London. Service is always exceptional and the food is first rate. I would recommend the rum baba to anyone not driving from the restaurant!

Authentic and delicious pizzas. The portions are generous. Calamari and meat board are both really tasty. The service can be really slow on Fridays, but the atmosphere is very pleasant. Makes for a good low-key date night.

I came here with a group of friends for a birthday meal recently. The waiters were very tentative, but lacked a smile. Made me feel a little uncomfortable at times. We all really enjoyed our meals, the food was tasty and everyone was very full up by the end of the night.

Lovely warm hospitable service from front of house. Fantozzi keeps dishing out Italian favourites, We had lobster linguine and peppercorn steak. Great quality ingredients and good value. We love the warm friendly atmosphere here. A gorgeous gem of a restaurant in North London.

A great Italian restaurant on the Southgate high road. The food is generally good, especially like the pizzas a nice thin, smoky crust with the right amount of topping. The staff are really friendly and provided good service. A good place for small or larger groups and is family friendly.

a busy italian settled in the heart of southgate. is very popular with every age. has a wood stove. pizzas here are great traditional Italian pizzas. menu offers food for all, a la carte, with great daily specialties. great for families or a catch up with friends. eat disappointed here. Really gone downhill. Service is now terrible. Got my order wrong, put burning hot plates in front of my young children. They refused to plate the food into colder plates for the kids and instead brought me two plates and told me to do it myself. They then refused to remove the Compulsory service charge from the bill. New management has spoilt what used to be a great local Italian. Now it 's more like a cafe. They lost more than one family of loyal customers tonight. Avoid!

Our friends took us here for a Saturday catch up lunch. We live on the South Coast and have nothing as good as this. The food was delicious, it came on hot plates and was pipping hot. The portion size were generous and well presented. The whole place was spotlessly clean, bright and cheerful. Lastly the staff were so amazing friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending Fantozzi Only one downside We live too far away too make this our regular go to restaurant. Thank you Keith and Dax
