"If you love Tagliere (Charcuterie), you're going to love this wonderful little place. It's owned by 3 sisters and 3 husbands who put their heart and soul into everything they do. The cheeses, the meats, the dips, the accompaniments are all thoughtfully prepared and explained. We had the Tagliere Essenza for 2 and it was perfect. Several delicious glasses of wine later and it was an amazing evening. Can't wait until we're back in Rome to come again!"

Popped in for a fast glass of wine, for a few hours, good selection of wines 75! through the bottle or about 15 through the glass they also make beer cocktails. Friendly helpful staff. Worth a visit...

We visited Essensa twice. First time was quiet and the service was good. We loved the tapas and the bruschetta choices. The lasagna was fantastic and the wine selection was great as well. Second time it was really busy and naturally the service was a bit slower but the staff was friendly. All in all, it’s a great place.
