We were very enthusiastic about the atmosphere and hospitality. We had to wait for dinner for an hour, but if I order a trout from the smoke and want to be perfect, it's just that! This was probably roasted for a long time and then kept warm for hours. The meat was more shells than solid. The trout was partly salted.
