"Por encima de todo destacaré el trato fenomenal que los dos chicos (chico y chica) que atendían nos dispensaron. De 10. La comida es básica (en el menú que nos ofrecieron había básicamente platos combinados de diferentes carnes y pescados con huevos y patatas la mayoría, además de ensaladas) y está bastante bien en su relación calidad precio. Cómo un pero decir que se nos ocurrió pedir una tarrina de chocolate que no entraba en el menú en sustitución de la que sí entraba, y les pedí que nos cobrarán lo que correspondiera. Imaginaba que la diferencia o, incluso, el precio total de dicha tarrina sería razonable, pero nos cobraron casi 6 euros por ella. Nos sorprendió negativamente, pero me quedo con todo lo bueno."

"Franchement, nous recommandons d'être très bon restaurant d'un à z il est très frais la chambre est climatisée et contrairement à l'autre restaurant il est en retrait de la route principale si calme et tranquille assuré que nous y avons mangé ce midi le plat du jour un turbo entier accompagné d'un mélange de salades et de petits légumes avec des frites. un grand verre de sangria offert en apero avec quelques tapas très bien le service est parfait."

"Restaurante sencillo sin pretensiones de buscar cocina del lugar, alto Ampurdan. Siendo un lugar fronterizo con Francia y muchos de sus clientes son de la otra parte de la frontera, pués tiene que ofrecer variación en paellas, que es lo que van buscando tipical spanish . Buen servicio y amable, mesas sencillas y mobiliario anticuado pero se come con buena relación calidad/precio, que a veces es lo mejor si no tienes ganas de ir buscando por ahí. Recomendable."

"We were staying just around the corner at Les Cluses so we obviously had to try the food. The restaurant is right on the road ( D900 to Perthus). Staff were friendly and greeted and seated the 4 of us quickly. Drinks orders smoothly taken and delivered. Interesting menu at 12, 19 and 29 euros, also al la carte. My wife went for the paella which was huge and stuffed full of prawns, mussels, chicken drumstick and mini pork ribs; I opted for zarzuella which is a fish stew of langoustine, squid, cuttlefish, mussels and chunks of solid fish in an amazingly tasty broth - brilliant and no room for dessert! Our friends opted for roasted Camembert with charcuterie and duck breast. All excellent and costing around 18 euros. Local wine recommended by the waiter went perfectly with the meal. We went back a few nights later and were greeted by the same waiter, he seemed genuinely pleased to see us again. people had repeat dishes but I tried the Fideoua (18 euros) which is basically paella but made with small lengths of spaghetti rather than rice. Again so tasty and enormous, I could not finish it! The ladies had lovely deserts, Baileys over chocolate or coffee ice cream. They said they "were to die for". When we asked for the bill we were also presented with a tiny glass drinking vessel with a local spirit as a digestive, nice way to end a meal.Please don't be put of by the closeness of the road, you can eat inside and the road is not too intrusive."
